Data Retention

We retain your account data, OC profiles, and generated images as long as your account is active. You can delete individual OCs, images, or your entire account at any time through your dashboard settings. Deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days, though backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery. If you cancel your subscription, your content remains accessible in read-only mode. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit; encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest; secure authentication with OAuth providers; regular security audits and updates; access controls limiting employee access to user data; and secure API communication with third-party services.
